Integrating Science into Writing while meeting Math and Reading standards; this course will provide educators with tools to create lesson plans using found materials. We will create projects, using collaboration with other educators for ideas, research project ideas, and find standards and objectives that meet the needs for individual grade levels. Participants will walk away with lessons ready to go when they return to the classroom. This class uses hands-on learning with a make-and-take outcome and collaborative atmosphere. Geared to any grade level, educators can expect to be challenged, encouraged, and feel those creative neurons firing!
